How to reach us
If you have a question or suggestion while using Stella, let us know through one of the channels below. Even small notes help us make the service better.
What we welcome
Bug reports, typos or awkward translations, new feature ideas, ad and partnership inquiries, and privacy requests are all welcome. When you report a bug, telling us your device, browser, and what you were doing when it happened helps us track down the cause quickly.
Response times
We read and reply to messages in the order they arrive. Stella is run by one person, though, so a reply may take a few days — thank you for your patience.
